La Rosa is detached and stands in its own grounds. It can be reached via a private road and bridge.
Through the garden gate you reach the terrace (16 m2) with a magnificent view over the valley. An outdoor dining table with chairs and a BBQ are provided.
You enter the house into the living room which includes an open kitchen. The long dining table is large enough to seat 6-8 with space-saving benches that tuck underneath. There is a 4-burner dual-fuel cooker with three gas and one electric rings.
The house is fully furnished with a TV, DVD player, CD-radio, iPod docking station and a library of films on DVD. The sofa doubles up as a bed, and there is a wood-burning fire for colder periods. In the kitchen is a refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and plenty of pots and pans.
Next to the kitchen is the large bathroom with a bath, toilet, separate shower, basin and washing machine.
On the top floor is the master bedroom and a twin room which is reached via the master bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows, and there is plenty of storage space. A hair dryer and an iron and ironing board are also provided.
The ground floor of the house has been converted into a separate studio, which has a bedroom with a double sofa-bed and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
The house offers good privacy and a number of terraces where you can enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Beside the house is a small running stream, which turns into a series of waterfalls when the snow starts to melt.
