Reservation
Upon receipt of your reservation request (by email, mail or telephone), a few days after you receive confirmation from us with the invoice for the total booking amount. The reservation is final and confirmed upon receipt of your deposit of 30% of the rent. The expenses are payable for the entire reserved period, even if you later or leave earlier.
Rental
The minimum rental period is 1 week before the holiday. The week starts on Saturday at 4.00pm and ends Saturday at 10:00am. Outside the high season it is often possible for a few days longer or shorter lease. In relation to cleaning, please kindly mentioned times to hold. By letting you get final clarification on the keys.
Payment
The deposit is 30% of the total rental amount and shall, within 10 days after receipt of the invoice in our possession to be. The remainder of the rent should be at least 6 weeks before the start of the rental to be met. Unless otherwise specified in your booking invoice. For reservations within 4 weeks before the rental period, the total rent immediately upon receipt of the invoice to be met. The total rent is required in each case to be satisfied that the house may be involved.
Deposit
The use of a house, a deposit of € 150, - to be paid. This is also the latest 4 weeks before the start of the rental to be met.
All accommodations subject: within 7 days after your departure you will receive this amount back by payment on your account, after deduction of any costs to be paid (eg, heating, telephone, breakage or damage).
Energy
The use of gas, water and electricity is included in the months of May through September. In the months of October and April, additional fuel and wood calculated at € 55.- per week.
Cancellation
In case you want to cancel the reservation you are a part of the rent payable:
cancellation, in writing to 6 weeks before the hire date, you'll receive 30% of the money paid reservation return. By cancellation less than 6 weeks we will bring you the rent charged. You must own, if desired, a cancellation insurance. Unless otherwise stated in your booking invoice. We recommend a cancellation insurance.
Cleaning
Even if the cleaning is done by us, you should clean the house tidy and clean broom to leave. Mandatory final cleaning is € 40.00
Garbage
Please deposit all your garbage in closed bags in the container upon entry of the village. Here are several separate containers for glass, plastic and garbage. Furthermore, in the lower and upper village there are some containers where you can deposit your garbage. Don’t throw any glass in here!
Linens
Blankets and pillows are provided at all holiday homes. You are usually required to bring your own sheets/pillowcases, bath towels, and kitchen linens.
however we can provide a linen service as long as it is pre-arranged and pre-paid: the standard fee ranges from E 10.- per set of sheets (per bed) and E10.00 per set of towels (1 bath, 2 hand, & 2 wach cloth). Kitchen linens are complimentary when you order both sheets & towels. Please indicate on the booking form.
Pets
The Pets are only allowed after consultation.
Maximum number of persons and visitors
The tenant may not sublet or more individuals to stay than agreed. If you want invite friends during your stay, you must this always in advance to discuss with the landlord
The maximum number of people from the house may, in agreement with the landlord may be exceeded, what additional costs may result.

Liability
We are not liable for damages and / or injury. These occur during the stay in the area, whatever the cause, unless gross negligence. The tenant is liable for the fulfillment of all obligations arising from the reservation and stay for both himself and all persons notified and / or visitors.
